This is such an easy and fast recipe. Filling, healthy, and delicious!
Definitely one of the fastest meals I’ve made in a long time. I didn’t have any fresh basil on hand, but dried work just fine (definitely don’t dump a whole ¼ cup in there, though–just season it to taste). After the picture was already taken (whoops), I decided to stir in some spinach, making the whole thing a little greener and a little healthier.
So delicious! Probably the best of any recipe I’ve made this week. I ended up using arugula instead of basil leaves and cut my chicken into strips. If you don’t like using mayonnaise, you could easily use a substitute, like ranch, teriyaki sauce, or barbecue sauce.
Pizza is one of my favorite homemade dinners because it doesn’t require a recipe. It’s really hard to screw it up, there are endless combinations to try, and you often end up representing several different food groups in one dish..
This was a combo I came up with after looking in my cart at ingredients I was already buying for other meals. In the future, I think this recipe would be even better with barbecue sauce or caramelized onions added.
This was a delicious, easy, and fast meal to make, and if you don’t use the sour cream or cilantro, it counts as a 5-ingredient meal (although skipping sour cream was not an option for me. I kind of eat other foods just as a vehicle for sour cream).
Also, a cooking hack for shredding the chicken.
